Fight Breaks Out Mid-Air On A Plane After A Passenger Can’t Stop Himself From Farting

All of us are familiar with the nightmare of suffering through flatulence and indigestion while travelling, and even worse, when someone else is playing the tumpet!

A passenger on low-cost Dutch airlines plane flying from Dubai to Amsterdam got frustrated because of this very problem. A co-passenger could not stop his flatulence. The flight was forced to make an emergency landing in Vienna after a fight broke out mid-air, forcing the crew to intervene. According to multiple media reports, the reason for the fight was a passenger who wouldn't stop farting.

The Daily Mail quoted a local newspaper De Telegraaf, which reported that a Transavia Airlines flight made an unscheduled stop in Austria after two Dutch men threw a fit of objection to a passenger who was flatulent. The man reportedly continued to fart, despite pleas from the crew and other passengers. Whether or not he had a medical condition is still unclear but he allegedly refused to stop, a fight broke out.

The pilot then had no other option but to land in Vienna because of the passengers going on the rampage. The Austrian police was called into the cabin on landing and escorted four passengers off the plane.

A police spokesperson told The Mirror that a passenger suffering from wind who was not attempting to restrain himself. The two women sitting in the same row as the two angry Dutchmen were escorted off the plane. It's unclear what happened to the passenger who was farting, but the escorted passenger were banned and had to get from Vienna to Amsterdam by making their own alternate arrangements.
