Illegal kitchen run from house in Oman shut down

 Municipal authorities raided a residential house which was being used by expatriates to run an unlicensed kitchen for preparing food in the governorate of Al Batinah North.

Sohar Municipality said in a statement online: "The Department of Health Affairs raided a residential house in one of Sohar's neighborhoods, which was used by expatriates to set up an unlicensed kitchen for preparing food. Food cooked in unhealthy conditions was seized and necessary legal measures were taken against the accused."
