Marinas and tour boats to begin service

 The Ministry of Transport has issued a decision to operate marinas and tour boats while abiding by all precautionary measures to prevent spread of the coronavirus. Preventive measures include wearing masks in public places in the marina and allowing not more than 10 passengers in large yachts.

The Ministry said in its statement: "In the implementation of the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with the Coronavirus, marinas, trip boats and tourist boats are allowed to start operating with the need to adhere to the precautionary measures and preventive measures issued by the Ministry of Health."

Precautionary measures also include the necessity of providing hand sanitizers in public places. The number of individuals on board trip boats should not exceed 6 people from the same house. Tourist boat owners can organize private trips for their family where the total number of passengers should not exceed six people.
