Ministry confirms readiness to deal with tropical storm

 The Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources on Wednesday confirmed its willingness in dealing with the tropical storm which is expected to commence on Friday.

A statement issued online by Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources said :"The Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources confirmed its readiness to deal with the upcoming tropical situation through the formation of work teams for field response in the governorates that expected to be affected by the tropical situation and providing equipment and mechanisms to open roads, suction pumps and water transport tanks. "

"Also continuous monitoring of dams to ensure their readiness, as well as the continuous monitoring of rain, valleys and dams." the statement added
