Visitors throng ’Land of Frankincense’ in Oman

More than 38,000 people have visited the 'Land of Frankincense' sites in Dhofar Governorate in the month of August, the Department of Frankincense Land Sites has revealed.

Frankincense Land sites include the Frankincense Land Museum, the Samahram Archaeological Site, Wadi Dokka and the Wbar Archaeological Site.

A total of 38,269 tourists visited the sites last month, compared to 23,000 visitors in July 2019.
