Al Dhahirah Governorate launched massive new urban development projects today. The government wants to raise the efficiency of regional infrastructure completely. Engineer Mahfouz bin Talib Al-Hasani detailed the aggressive construction progress. He directs the Directorate General of Housing and Urban Planning locally. Builders completed 46 percent of the infrastructure for the "Al-Masarrat Neighborhood." This massive project sits inside the Wilayat of Ibri. Crews already finished 15 percent of the actual phase-one housing units. The development covers an incredibly massive 220,000 square meters of land. It features 231 diverse residential units, including luxury villas and townhouses.
Providing Homes for Citizens
The complex includes a modern commercial area and lush green spaces. The structural plan for Ibri guides this massive urban expansion perfectly. The social housing program also delivered 88 homes to eligible citizens recently. Over 1,000 citizens acquired residential land plots through new government programs. The directorate developed several new residential plans across Ibri, Yanqul, and Dhank. Engineers also updated valley paths to prevent catastrophic future flood damage. They drafted 18 new maps to identify high-risk flood zones accurately. The government updated local map data using advanced international digital systems.

The Real Estate Registry Department issued nearly 5,000 title deeds recently. Real estate activity explodes across the governorate as new businesses arrive.
