Gulf Pakistan Embassies Resume Passport Processing Services
Pakistani embassies across the Gulf resumed vital passport services today. The embassy in the UAE announced the highly anticipated update on Tuesday.
Applicants can finally visit the embassy to renew their travel documents.
Resolving Technical Disruptions
The UAE mission suspended these services on April 29 recently. Severe technical and maintenance issues caused that frustrating temporary closure.
The Pakistani Embassy in Saudi Arabia also resumed its operations today. Furthermore, the embassy in Qatar restarted its passport services this morning.
A major technical issue at the Islamabad headquarters caused these disruptions. The system glitch affected Pakistani foreign missions across the entire globe.
