Oman and Libya Discuss Major Joint Investment Opportunities

His Excellency Abdul Salam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi hosted a Libyan delegation today. He chairs the important Oman Investment Authority in Muscat.

Two high-ranking Libyan officials led the visiting foreign delegation. Dr Khalifa Rajab Abdul Sadiq serves as the Acting Minister of Oil and Gas.

Dr Suhail Bushiha works as the Minister of Economy and Trade.

Exploring Key Economic Sectors

The leaders reviewed exciting joint work prospects and promising investment opportunities. These future projects directly address the urgent national priorities of both countries.

The officials discussed ways to enhance existing partnerships across vital priority sectors. Both brotherly nations want to boost major investments in local food security.

They also prioritize modern infrastructure, medical industries, and renewable energy projects. Information technology and advanced medical services complete the targeted investment list.

Strengthening Public and Private Partnerships

The officials emphasized the immense importance of strong bilateral economic partnerships today. They invited government entities, private sector companies, and local entrepreneurs to participate.
