Apartment used by expats raided in Oman

A house in North Al Batinah Governorate, with expatriates living within, was raided for violation of decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19.

Sohar Municipality said in a statement: "In coordination with Public Prosecution and the Royal Oman Police, the municipality raided an apartment house used by expatriate workers to store construction materials. This is in violation of the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19. Necessary legal measures were taken against them."
