Batinah Expressway will be completely opened to public in May

Ministry of Transport and Communications announced on Tuesday:  Batinah Expressway will be completely opened to public on May 7.

The project has been underway since 2015.

The Batinah Expressway will start at the end of the Muscat Expressway and continue till Khatmat Milaha in Shinas, near the UAE border.

The 272 kilometres road includes a number of intersections to meet the traffic needs of wilayats in the South and North Al Batinah Governorates.
