Citizen stabbed after dispute, admitted to hospital

An Omani citizen was left with serious injuries after being attacked by two men, Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced on Wednesday.

According to the police, the two men stabbed the victim after getting into an argument with him. "The police command in Muscat have arrested two people in Al-Yusuf in Seeb, after they attacked a citizen with a knife, because of a dispute between them. The victim was seriously injured and taken to hospital for treatment," ROP announced online.

The defendants were referred to the judicial authorities to complete the investigation.
