Consumer Protection Authority Unveils Ramadhan Food Package

The Public Authority for Consumer Protection (PACP), acting in cooperation with commercial centres in the Governorate of Muscat, has unveiled the content and price of Ramadhan Food Package.

The seasonal food basket contains 18 items and it is offered at symbolic prices. It is usually made available to consumers during the holy month of Ramadhan to help cover the provisions of the month in one go.

 The move comes as part of PACP’s initiatives to provide a single pick for consumers who began frequenting shopping centres to secure their family needs (to find the time to focus on spiritual activities during the holy month).
