COVID-19: Muscat Municipality sets guidelines for commercial centres

 Muscat Municipality has set guidelines for disinfection and sterilization of commercial centers.

A statement issued online by Muscat Municipality said: Guidelines for disinfection and sterilization at commercial centers are as follows:

- Sanitisers to be provided at the entrance and near shopping carts.

- Provide staff with guidance to clean and sanitize surfaces, handrails, escalators, and call buttons regularly.

- Provide antiseptics and disinfectants in toilets continuously.

- Instruct employees to wash their hands with soap and water.

- Disinfect and sterilize uniforms or work clothes regularly.

- Clean and well-lit play areas must be provided.

-Change, wash and disinfect towels after multiple use regularly.
