Drop in oil prices discussed

Muscat: Oman’s Finance Undersecretary discussed the impact of the drop in oil prices with the Secretary General of GCC.

His Excellency Nasser bin Khamis Al Jashmi, Secretary-General at the Ministry of Finance, also discussed the impact of the economy in the wake of coronavirus.

“They discussed the impact of the drop in oil prices on the economic and financial situation of the GCC countries and the priorities that the GCC states seek to achieve joint economic and financial benefits,” Oman News Agency said in a statement.
