Farm goes up in flames in Oman

A fire that started on a farm was brought under control by search and rescue teams in Sohar, reported Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance.

Despite the raging fire no injuries were reported.
 

According a statement by PACDA, “Search and rescue teams from the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance managed to extinguish a fire on agricultural wastes in Sohar. No injuries were recorded," PACDA said.

Earlier this month, eight people were injured in a fire accident in a residential area in Sohar.
