Farm in Oman goes up in flames

Muscat: A fire that started on a farm in the Wilayat of Ibri was put out by the fire brigade from the Public Authority of Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) in Adairah.

While officials said that no injuries were recorded during the incident, no information on how the fire started was made available.

According to the online statement put out by PACDA, “The public authority would like to thank all those who contributed to putting out the fire.”

Officials also also called on the owners of farms to exercise caution in order to avoid loss of life and property
