Fire breaks out in a factory in Wilayat Samail

Muscat: Firefighting team in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate managed to control a fire that broke out in the remnants of a factory in the industrial zone in Wilayat Samail.

The Public Authority of Civil Defence and Ambulance PACDA said, "The authority’s operations centre received a report about a fire in the waste in the state of Samail, and immediately the authority’s teams head to the site, and upon arrival, it became clear that the fire broke out in the waste of used tires used for recycling, as the teams managed to control the fire and prevent its spread to the neighbourhoods areas, without recording injuries."

The authority calls upon all to adhere to the safety requirements in factories issued by the General Administration of Civil Protection to avoid the occurrence of fires and loss of life and property.
