Heavy rains expected in Muscat from 4pm till midnight

Oman Meteorology has said about the chances of heavy rains in Muscat from 4pm till midnight. The chances of moderate to heavy rains with occasionally thundershowers, associated with fresh wind and hail will continue for the next 24 hours.

The cities mentioned by the met department to be affected by thunderstorms are Sur, Saham. Qalhat Adam Ibra Fahud Bahla, Shinas Mhada, Yaaloni, Port Sultan Qaboos, Bidiya (thunderstorm), Mudhaibi, Duqm Airport, Rustaq , Ibri, Saiq Sunaynah, Samail, Muscat, Nizwa, Haima, Amerat, Quriyat, Hamra, Izki, Bidbid, Mahout, Masirah, Jabal Shams, Salalah Port, Bawsher, Muscat City, Qarn Alam , Khaburah, Liwa , Ras al Hadd, Suwaiq, Buraimi, Sohar, Khasab Port , Khassab Airport , Dibba and Yanqul.
