His Majesty pardons 257 prisoners ahead of National Day holiday, including expats
His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, has issued a royal pardon for 257 prison inmates, 131 of whom are expats.
The royal pardon comes ahead of the occasions of 47th National Day of Oman and the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), 1439H.
