Illegal migrants deported from Oman

Muscat: More than 30 illegal migrants were deported from Muscat International Airport on Wednesday, officials announced.

"The Royal Oman Police (ROP) deported 34 infiltrators through Muscat International Airport in implementation of the judicial rulings that expelled them from the Sultanate, for illegally entering the country," ROP announced.

The source said: "The infiltrators were deported in accordance with the legal procedures followed in the Sultanate, and the conventions and international standards organised in this aspect."
