Indian Schools in Oman may introduce ’nonrefundable caution’ fee
Indian Schools in Oman may introduce a OMR100 'nonrefundable caution money' for new admissions from 2018, a senior official of Indian Schools said on Wednesday.
A circular in this regard has already been sent to parents of students from Indian School Salalah.
"We are not only the only school who are implementing this. Most of the other Indian schools will also follow this," an official of the Indian School Salalah said.
He also said that the decision at introduction of 'nonrefundable caution money' was taken by the Board of Directors (BoD) of the Indian Schools in Oman. "However, this will not be applicable for existing students," the official clarified.
Wilson V. George, Chairman, Board of Directors of Indian Schools in Oman, was however not available for comments.
