Muscat Gases Company app for cylinder refill to benefit customers and distributors

Muscat Gases Company has launched an app that will benefit gas cylinder distributors and consumers by bringing them together on one platform. Distributors have to first register themselves on the mGas app to be visible to consumers.

Once registered, the distributor will be re-directed to the ‘Requests’ option the moment a consumer places an order. Currently, the company is in the process of getting distributors on board. Both domestic and commercial customers can download the app from the end of next month to place the refill order.

How the app works

You need to first find the distributor closest to your house or building/coffee shop/restaurants and then order the refill. The user can follow up on the order through the ‘Orders’ option. The app has options like find gas orders, history, feedback, profile and favourites. It will be available in English and Arabic. A domestic consumer said, “I hope this app will help ensure gas deliveries on weekends too. Most suppliers are unavailable on Fridays. I hope this app helps solve the problem.” The app can be downloaded from Google Play or App Store.
