Nine Omani nationals, including two critically injured airlifted from Saudi airport

Nine Omani nationals, including two critically injured accident victims, were airlifted by the Royal Air Force from Al Ihsan Airport in Saudi Arabia.

"Two patients in addition to seven of their family members were airlifted by the Royal Air Force of Oman, accompanied by the national medical team," the Ministry of Health announced online.
 

The ministry's Emergency Management Centre recently dispatched a medical team to Saudi Arabia to repatriate Omani citizens critically injured in traffic accidents in Riyadh.

"The ministry has coordinated with the Royal Hospital and Khoula Hospital to provide equipment for the transfer and to receive the patients," the ministry added.
