Oman Launches Second Sultan Qaboos Scientific Chairs Program
The Research and Innovation Authority launched an exciting program today. The second edition of the Sultan Qaboos Scientific Chairs Cooperation Program is now active.

Dr Atika bint Yahya Al-Husseini works at the Research and Innovation Authority. She said the first program edition witnessed massive participation from eager researchers.
The Authority received 46 research proposals from 9 local research institutions. These local teams cooperated with 12 international Sultan Qaboos Scientific Chairs.
The evaluators approved funding for 8 major research projects eventually.
