Oman Strengthens Ties With Canadian and Syrian Diplomats

General Sultan Mohammed Al Nu'amani welcomed a Canadian official today. Al Nu'amani serves as the Minister of the Royal Office.

He met with Scott Gilmore in Muscat this morning. Gilmore advises the Canadian Prime Minister on foreign and defense policy.

Discussing Global Security with Canada

The two leaders reviewed the strong bilateral relations binding their nations. They discussed excellent ways to enhance these vital diplomatic connections.

The officials also addressed several regional and international security developments. Gilmore expressed his deep appreciation for Omani diplomatic efforts.

Oman constantly bridges views on complex regional files and issues. These smart mediation efforts significantly enhance Middle Eastern security and stability.

Bidding Farewell to the Syrian Ambassador

Later today, Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi hosted a farewell meeting. He received Syrian Ambassador Dr Idris Ahmed Mia in Muscat.

The Syrian diplomat concludes his official tenure in Oman soon. The Minister expressed his deep appreciation for the Ambassador.

He praised his relentless efforts in strengthening bilateral relations. The Minister wished him tremendous success in his future assignments.
