Omani designer Asfar Hamran Khamis achieved a major milestone in Spain. She participated in the fifteenth edition of Malaga Fashion Week. She owns the successful "Letchee Dhofar" fashion house. The prestigious event featured talented designers and brands from across Europe. This marks the first time an Omani fashion house participated here. It is only the third time an Arab designer has joined the event. The fashion house presented a stunning collection inspired by Omani heritage. The designs featured a distinct Dhofari character with rich, vibrant colors.

The collection showcased intricate embroidery and beautiful aesthetic details. The designer utilized a contemporary vision while preserving the traditional identity. The fashion week events took place on the famous Marqués de Larios Street. Organizers transformed the street into a massive open-air showroom. The runway extended for approximately 300 meters through the city center. Khamis expressed immense pride in representing the Sultanate of Oman globally. She viewed the event as an opportunity to introduce Omani culture internationally. "The 'Al-Ahd' collection represents both a responsibility and an opportunity," she stated.
