Partial closure of Central Fruits and Vegetables Market

In a bid to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, the following regulations and guidelines have been charted in coordination with the Ministry of Health.

It was decided to close the retail business section of the Central Market for vegetables and fruits while continuing the wholesale trading on a daily basis from 4 AM to 10 AM. The decision shall come into effect starting from Monday, 18th May 2020, and will continue so until further notice.
