Passenger, flight movement in Oman airports decrease in first quarter of 2020

Oman Airports witness decrease in flight in first four months of 2020, National Center of Statistics and Information announced.

The total arrivals through airports until the end of April 2020 decrease by 39.7 per cent compared to the same period in the previous year. The total departures also dropped by 39.6 percent in the same period.

A total of 3,577,495 passengers (Arrival, Departure and Transit) in Muscat , Salalah , Suhar and Duqm airports by the end of April 2020.

As many as 24,127 flights landed and departed from Muscat , Salalah and Suhar International Airports by the end of April 2020.
