The curriculum features a highly specialized workshop focusing on professional protocol and etiquette. A simulated session within the Model United Nations program provides fantastic practical experience. The itinerary also includes a diplomatic dinner and daily informative bulletins for participants. Sightseeing and introductory tours round out this truly integrated educational and cultural experience. Developing Essential Leadership Skills

Hilal bin Saif Al-Siyabi praised the program as a prominent youth empowerment initiative. The program aims to develop vital diplomatic and leadership skills among young people. The fourth edition expects to welcome a larger cohort of 160 enthusiastic participants. The program will also expand to include participants from outside the Sultanate of Oman.
