Royal Oman Police Deny Rumours of Sohar Murder

The rumours of a person being killed in Sohar has been denied by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) which was being shared on social media.

The ROP has in their online statement said that the news spread through social media regarding the killing in Khour al-Sayabi in the Wilayah of Sohar has no truth in it.

The social media rumors of foul play had also been denied by the ROP after a body was found in Saham earlier this year.

An ROP spokesman had clarified on the rumours spread on the social media on foul play and commented that the death reported happened due to natural causes.
