Tobacco smuggling bid foiled by Oman Customs

 Customs at Al Wajaja Border Post has confiscated a large amount of tobacco from a car, foiling a bid to smuggle it into the country.

Oman Customs released a statement about the incident online that read, "Customs officers in Wajaja port discovered and stopped the smuggling of a large quantity of tobacco products which had been hidden in different locations inside a vehicle."
