University announces postponement of academic year start in Oman

The University of Technology and Applied Sciences has announced the postponement of the start of the academic year due to the continued closure of Dhofar Governorate.

The University said in a notification: "Our students, we inform you of the postponement of the start of the induction week and the academic year 2020/2021 due to the continued closure of Dhofar Governorate."

"We will inform you later of the new date for the start of studies," the University added.
