Crackdown on illegal vendors continues in Muscat

Muscat Municipality has recorded 18 health violations in the capital, in the first two weeks of February.

The authorities have destroyed 913 kg of vegetables, 209 kg of fish and confiscating 1,015 kg of fruit.  In a statement issued on Twitter, the Muscat Municipality said that several expat workers in Muttrah were found to be illegally selling more than two tonnes of foodstuff.
