Muscat Municipality warns motorists of “slippery” Qurum flyover

The Muscat Municipality has warned motorists to be careful of the slippery Qurum flyover road following its maintenance work.

“On Sunday, and for few more days, Qurum flyover heading to Al Seeb will be slippery and bumpy due to paving and maintenance work”, Muscat Municipality said.

“The asphalt surface on Qurum flyover will be slippery and uneven from Sunday morning to several days until completion of the paving and maintenance work,” the municipality said in a tweet.

Drivers are asked to take care and caution and comply with traffic rules at the road.

The flyover will be closed again on Sunday and Monday from 8pm to 5am.
