Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to undertake the delivery of precise, commercial and timely legal counsel in respect of all company activities relating to its role as an operator of E&P licenses, enabling the success of the business through effective management of legal risk and cost, supporting the needs of the business (particularly key departments such as C&P, projects and operations). 

Role & Responsibilities:
* Ensure the effective delivery of legal counsel across business departments and support on regulatory compliance in Oman. 
* Advise key members within the business departments in the understanding of legal risks and liabilities. 
* Advise, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, preparation/review of tender documents, update template contracts, tender packages and other relevant precedents, ensure internal compliance with regulatory requirements relating to contract administration, provide legal training, provide legal support, discovery and negotiation of disputed matters.

Our client is seeking a Head of Finance who will drive excellence in financial and management reporting, planning, economic evaluation and supporting decision making. You will lead the finance function in the development and delivery of focused, relevant and timely financial management information which supports and informs decision making. This encompasses clear and precise monthly management reports, forecasts, budgets, planning & economic evaluation.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Deliver precise, clear and relevant financial presentations to Senior Management & Board which highlight areas of focus and support decision making.
* Deliver detailed and focused Budgets & Business Plans in which targets are clear, basis understood and includes impact analysis on items of materiality
* Lead the continuous development of the ERP systems ensuring the basic processes are being complied with through rigorous reviews and exception reporting together with seeking
* greater levels of efficiency across the business
* Lead the economic evaluation in understanding value drivers of the business which encompasses economic evaluation from well level through to field level and ensuring granularity and understanding on cost, production and pricing drivers

3. Senior Officer - Customer Service

Operation
- In conjunction with Manager Passenger Services proactively manage the business unit resources on a shift basis to ensure that service levels are delivered to customers that meet both internal and external KPIs and SLAs while ensuring that SOPs are strictly adhered to. 
- Identify and manage problem areas within the operation, deploying resources as required to meet service delivery targets, whilst ensuring that safety, security and costs are maintained at acceptable levels. 
- Through a “hands on” visible approach, ensure that staff welfare and interests are understood and appropriately addressed. Provide “on the job” coaching and leadership to operational teams to ensure performance improvement. Delegate tasks where appropriate to staff within the operational teams. 
- Manage assigned area of airport operations in a crisis situation taking direction taking direction from the Duty Manager where required. 
- Investigate reoccurring service failures and provide workable solutions to business units. On shift, take immediate action to rectify irregular operations through the deployment of staff and equipment, and the formulation and communication of recovery plans. 
- Monitor, maintain and ensure smooth functioning of the following sections under the supervisory limits of Departure Officer which includes 
- Boarding 
- Check In - VIP 
- Cashier 
- Control Room 
- Special Service
