Prince Harry had a tearful final talk with his ex before marrying Meghan Markle?

Prince Harry caused a lot of raised eyebrows when he invited exes Chelsy Davy and Cressida Bonas to his wedding with Meghan Markle on May 19.

It is apparently a Royal tradition, and even Prince William did the same.

While Chelsy and Cressida did attend the ceremony, it wa sa difficult time for the former.

A friend of Chelsy's told a daily that Chelsy nearly did not turn up to the wedding of her ex.

The Prince is said to have spoken to his ex, who he dated for seven years from 2004-11, to let her know that while she was welcome at the ceremony and afternoon reception her invite did not extend to the party in the evening.

Chelsy's friend said, "It was their final call, a parting call in which they both acknowledged Harry was moving on."

"Chelsy was quite emotional about it all, she was in tears and almost didn't go to the wedding. In the end, she went and promised Harry she wouldn't try and gatecrash the party."

It is believed that Harry's other ex, Cressida Bonas, was also left off the guest-list for the bash at Frogmore House.

Chelsy was recently spotted with her current boyfriend, James Marshall and appeared to be in good spirits.
