Cancer-stricken Woman Marries the Love of Her Life before Passing Away 18 Hours Later

But despite the devastating diagnosis, David stuck to his plans.

“I left the plans as they were. I proposed to her,” he said.

“We had the toughest year of our life.

“She struggled with her cancer through the traditional chemotherapy.”

Fortunately, Heather was able marry the love of her life, 35-year-old David, from her bed at St Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut, US, on December 22—just three days before Christmas.

It was moments after she said “I do” that she was pictured lifting her arms into the air, which was later posted on Facebook, along with the caption: “With triple-negative breast cancer throughout her system, the unstoppable Heather Lindsay gathered all of her strength for one final act – to marry Dave Mosher in the Hospital Chapel.
