Yup, that’s exactly what you think it is. This man just had to use the bathroom and as there weren’t any around, he simply got off his bike and urinated on the concrete sidewalk. We still aren’t sure how this picture managed to make it past their government officials as they are determined to show nothing else but the ‘grandeur’ of their country. Another interesting fact that was recently reported by Bored Panda is that North Koreans aren’t even allowed to travel within their own country unless they posses a special permit.
