The family did not file any police complaint. Bobby Mann, a relative, said, "It is an accidental death. We do not want a police case against anyone right now. We just want to receive the body and take her back home for the last rites."
At General Hospital, Sector 6, the husband, son and other family members were inconsolable as they waited for the body after the post-mortem, which now would be conducted on Thursday.

Sub-inspector, Raj Pal, the investigating officer, said, "Family members have not given any complaint against any person. We will take necessary action on the basis of the complaint received by us."
