How to Use the IBRAZ Mobile Application
The Royal Oman Police modernized the entire permit system recently. They introduced the IBRAZ mobile application to help foreign residents. The police removed the annoying employer permission requirement completely.
Residents apply for their permits using this new digital platform. You simply link your mobile number to your Resident ID card.
Only non-Muslim residents over 21 years old can apply for permits. Muslims remain strictly ineligible for these specific alcohol purchase permits.
