Delhi: Frustrated with drinking habit, wife poisons husband with tantrik’s help

A 44-year-old woman has allegedly poisoned her husband to death in Delhi because she was just so done with his drinking habit.
Indiatimes reports that DS Murti, a 54-year-old man was killed in the Mandir Marg area. To this end, his wife KV Rama joined hands with a tantrik, Shyam Singh alias Bhagatji – who had provided the Rama with the poison.
DCP Madhur Verma said that the two have been arrested.

The reason that Rama gave for killing her husband was his continuous drinking habit which led to her being massively unhappy in their marriage.
Murti’s alcoholism had also allegedly led to a debt of Rs 10 to 12 lakh on the family, the DCP stated.
The complaint was lodged by Murti’s brother, Siva Sharma.
