Conditions and documents required for family visa in Qatar

Certified copy of the employment contract, which must mention the job type and the salary.

A police clearance certificate testifying the good conduct of the applicant. 

A copy of a health insurance scheme acceptable in Qatar. The insurance must cover the entire duration of the stay in Qatar. 

Documents proving medical fitness as per the requirements outlined by Qatari authorities.

An amount of QR 200 is charged for each visa application and QR 50 for each companion. In the case of extension of the visa same charges will be payable per month. The fee is non-refundable. The payment can be made either by Cheque or money order, whatever the method, the cheque or MO must be issued in the name of “Embassy of the State of Qatar”.
