National Bank of Oman CEO Al Musalmi resigns

The Board of Directors of the National Bank of Oman (NBO) has announced on Thursday that CEO Ahmed Jaafar Al Musallami has resigned.

In an official statement, the bank said his resignation was for personal reasons.

The bank’s Board of Directors decided to accept his resignation, with his last working day to be on the 17th of May.

The Board of Directors have also announced that Wasfi Jamsheed Al Said was appointed acting CEO on the 21st of February.
