New Customer Care Call Centre Opened by Oman Air in India

The new call centre of Oman Air, the national carrier of the Sultanate of Oman, is set to open soft in Gurgaon, India on 30th October 2017.

One week after the soft opening, the new call centre managed by call centre experts Interglobe Technologies on a daily basis will operate 24 hours with support in Hindi, Urdu,Tamil, English, Bengali and Nepali languages.

 

The customers from around the world would be served by the call centre, besides the current one that operates in Oman.

Currently, Oman Air flies to/from eleven destinations in India (Delhi,Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Kochi, Goa, Thiruvananthapuram, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Kozhikode and Jaipur); Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi in Pakistan; Colombo in Sri Lanka and Kathmandu in Nepal.
