Coronavirus: Diam to close customer service branches across Oman

Muscat: Diam's client assistance branches in all wilayats will be closed from 22 March till further notification. 

The water supply authority said in an announcement, "Lining up with Diam's endeavors to manage COVID-19 and to guarantee our client's security, safeguards have been taken in like manner to guarantee coherence of administrations." 

Client administrations branches at all branches will be shut beginning from Sunday till further notification. "Clients can demand any of our administrations through our call place 1442 or visit Diam e-administrations entry www.diam.om." the announcement said.
