Coronavirus in Oman: Over 1,000 persons under quarantine

Muscat: His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al Saeedi, the Minister of Health has announced that there are more than one thousand persons under institutional and domestic quarantine in the Sultanate.

The Oman News Agency (ONA), published a statement by the Minister of Health given to Oman TV in which he says, “The number of persons in institutional and domestic quarantine is 1,320 and one of those infected has recovered.”
 

The Minister added, “All the cases of Coronavirus discovered in the Sultanate are Omanis returning from Iran.” He also confirmed that: “All five cases are stable and one case has recovered."
