More than 400 expats deported for violating labour law

 According to Oman's Ministry of Manpower registered 1,268 expats violating the labour law and 471 of them were deported last week.

The weekly index of the Manpower Ministry to control the illegal workers registered 1,268 violations. 

Ministry officials arrested 396 workers on the charge of absconding from work, and 471 workers were deported for violating labour laws and ministerial decisions.

Muscat Governorate had the highest number of violating workers with 120 , followed by Al Batinah Governorate with 71 illegal workers.
