Oman State Council Reviews New Internal Regulations and Policies

The State Council Bureau held its fourth official meeting yesterday. Chairman Sheikh Abdulmalik bin Abdullah Al Khalili directed the important legislative session.

Reviewing Internal Regulations

The bureau members discussed proposed drafts for new internal council regulations. The Legal Committee presented its expert opinion regarding these important legal drafts.

The council also hosted Honorable Ahmed bin Saif Al-Rawahi during the meeting. He presented an excellent proposal regarding comprehensive economic development indicators.

These evaluation indicators align perfectly with the Oman Vision 2040 goals.

Preparing for Joint Sessions

Members reviewed several official reports regarding recent international forums and regional meetings. They also checked the progress of previously issued council decisions.

Finally, the leaders set the agenda for their upcoming joint session. They will meet with the Shura Council to discuss national policies soon.
