Oman weather: Snow expected in the Sultanate

Muscat: Snowfall is normal over the mountain tops in Oman, the Directorate General of Meteorology has said. 

Moreover, while there may be snow on the mountains, drivers are mentioned to practice alert while driving on the streets over all governorates, inferable from decreased perceivability. 

An announcement discharged by the DG of Meteorology stated: "The most recent satellite pictures show the spread of residue and diminished even perceivability in the vast majority of the governorates of the Sultanate, because of the dynamic northwest breezes, moving at rates of 15 to 30 bunches, which may proceed until Wednesday with the plausibility of an abatement in temperature during the following two days and the probability of ice arrangement on mountain tops."
