Omani Hajj Mission Prepares for the 1447 AH Season

The Omani Hajj Mission for 1447 AH met in Mecca today. Officials discussed vital work mechanisms to serve the pilgrims efficiently.

They also reviewed important camp preparations in Mina and Arafat.

Stressing Quality and Efficiency

Undersecretary Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Rashidi chaired the meeting at the mission headquarters. He leads the official Omani Hajj Mission.

He stressed the absolute importance of integration among all participating delegations. Teams must adhere to the highest quality standards when providing services.

This dedication ensures Omani pilgrims perform their sacred rituals peacefully. Al-Rashidi praised the immense efforts of all participating parties today.

He called serving the guests of God a massive national responsibility. It requires everyone to work together as one unified team.

Field Coordination and Emergency Response

The attendees reviewed essential operational plans and field coordination mechanisms. They discussed the readiness of administrative, medical, guidance, and media teams.

Leaders explored ways to enhance rapid response times during emergencies. Teams will follow up on the needs of pilgrims constantly.

Moving the Mission to Medina

A specialized team will head to Medina this Saturday. Dr Zaher bin Abdullah Al-Hosni will lead this important delegation.

He serves as the Deputy Head for Hajj Affairs and Companies. His team will provide essential services to Omani pilgrims arriving there.
